Sheila lives in Northern California where she owns her own hair salon. She also works as a volunteer at Whiskeytown National Recreation Area and with several non-profit organizations. Sheila fell in love with horses as little girl and worked for a large animal veterinarian as a teenager where her love for horses only grew. She lives in Northern California with her husband of 30 years Kurt, a California Highway Patrol Officer and their German Shepherd Nixie. Sheila and Kurt have two grown children Kurt Patrick and Jordan Elizabeth. Sheila loves to travel the world, volunteer, and spend time with her family, friends and Cowboy. Sheila is a kidney cancer survivor.
Jacki was born in New York City and grew up in Pennsylvania. She attended Chatham College and Pennsylvania State University as a National Merit Scholar, earning a BA in English Literature and two decades later, a Masters in Counseling from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She worked in fashion, commercial art and as a Marriage, Family Therapist, counselor, and administrator in public, private schools and Christian higher education at Simpson University. Jacki has been married for 28 years to Steve who is a behavioral optometrist and an accomplished woodworker. They love to be outdoors everyday in Millville, California and at their family place in western Montana.
Cowboy lives at the Cottonwood Creek Equestrian Center, where they offer quality second to none by providing care to each and every horse.
